Consider parking on the side street for easier access, especially during peak hours when parking in front may be limited.

The hotel has friendly cleaning staff who are diligent.
The noise levels were extremely disruptive, making it difficult to relax or sleep. I could hear my neighbor talking loudly as well as children screaming from the pool area. The all-inclusive dining experience was very poor with limited selections and no fruit options available.

Had a solid time overall! The staff were super friendly, especially Roul the happy bartender and Olaf with the cocktails. The location was chill and near the beach, great for grabbing some sun. The pool was lovely too but can get busy sometimes.
I felt the room could've used some cleaning and the breakfast menu was kinda repetitive.

Not perfect, but worth it
Very nice hotel close to the beach and helpful staff. Food was great with sufficient diversity and the pool area was enjoyable.
Crowded dining space at peak times occasionally made it challenging to find a table and the same breakfast options repeated frequently.

Just a great match for strolling around in El Arenal with great for the money. The snacks provided were simple, like half sandwiches, but they hit the spot between meals. Bring your own drinks for the pool. the bar isn't open often and you'll be drying off to get one inside.

Great family escape!
Had a fun stay! The staff were really friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The family room was decent and always kept clean. It was a short walk to the beach, which was awesome. Only thing was the dining area could get super crowded at times, making it tricky to find a table.

The noise levels frequently disrupted sleep, with disturbances coming from both external sources and other guests. Guests faced issues with limited all-inclusive drink options, notably the restriction on beverages during meals, which may bother those expecting more flexibility. Food quality was often criticized for lacking variety, and several mentioned the inconvenience of having to pay for cups during drinks service, which added unnecessary hassle to an all-inclusive package.

The room I had was pretty small and definitely needed an update. I was bummed there was no balcony or terrace despite what was advertised. The bed was a double, and I had to share it with my adult daughter. not the best situation. Cleanliness was on point, and the staff were welcoming, but I expected more space and comfort for the stay.

I truly appreciated the spacious sun terrace with comfortable loungers that provided shade from the warm Majorcan sun, making relaxation easy. The friendly staff were always attentive and ready to assist, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.
More shaded areas by the pool would be helpful.

If you’re after some local culinary treasures, check out the nearby Sa Foganaya SL, their flavors will tickle your taste buds! Plus, the staff in the restaurant are troopers, always bustling about, ready to keep your plate filled with goodness. The cleaning ladies deserve a shoutout too. they’re diligent despite the hustle and bustle of peak season.
Now, let’s chat about the room. It felt like stepping back in time with dusty-grey walls and a lighting setup that left me squinting. The hairdryer? A bit of a disaster, almost a game of Jenga every time I needed to use it! And the noise? Oh boy, the vibrant activities next door turned my relaxation into a late-night party.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement
The food selection was exceptional with different offerings each meal. The pool area was peaceful with enough sunbeds for everyone, making relaxation easy. The staff were approachable and ensured a pleasant dining experience, attending to our needs promptly. Plus, a nearby local restaurant offered fantastic flavors that enhanced our culinary adventure during the stay.
The noise from nearby activities occasionally disrupted the tranquility.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious food which changed every day, and the quiet pool area where I could unwind. I loved lounging by the sun terrace and soaking up the sun on the comfortable loungers. The only downside was that the dining area could get a bit crowded during peak times. 😊
